When /Ques-research or /Ques-source gathers evidence, sources are evaluated strictly in the following order:
Tier 1: Primary Evidence
Original datasets, official RFCs/standards, statutes, peer-reviewed empirical studies, official technical documentation, and company filings.
Tier 2: High-Quality Secondary
Systematic reviews, independent benchmark reproductions, and specialist engineering analysis with transparent sourcing.
Tier 3: Contextual Evidence
Practitioner post-mortems, expert interviews, and trade publications used for operational context.
Tier 4: Discovery Leads Only
Social media threads, forums, unsourced summaries, and AI-generated content—never cited as factual proof without primary verification.
